The Sun is the original source of the Far Infrared spectrum. 53% of the energy from the Sun is Far Infrared heat, 44% is visible light and 3% is ultraviolet light.
Whilst we have enjoyed the Sun's benefits from the dawn of time, it is only in the last 150 years or so that we have developed our understanding of Far Infrared wavelengths. The Sun doesn't heat the air itself, rather, it heats objects and the earth's surface.
Regardless of how warm it is at the foot of a building, it will be cooler at the top, even though it's closer to the Sun. This is because the Sun's energy heats mass of earth, building and ground and not the air directly.
Yandiya Far Infrared panels emit radiant heat and Far Infrared energy will be stored in the walls, ceilings, floors, furniture and people in your property. Each area is therefore heated by the energy emitted from these objects.
